So glad I found Chem Free! From the initial request, made on a Sunday afternoon query, I received a call in minutes to schedule an appointment for the inspection of termites. Tuesday, Bryce was on time and the most helpful! The inspection was only about 15 minutes and he gave us the rundown of our options. Bryce Mathis, the representative for ChemFree, was the consummate professional. His timely responses to my questions and concerns was reassuring. His team players were also helpful. I had facial boards replaced and the workers showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. The fumigation team arrived at my home at the exact time I was told they would arrive. They, too, were organized and diligent at doing their job. My overall experience was excellent and the price was reasonable.
