Our carpets looks fantastic!!! Esmaeel was very professional and pleasant. He was very thorough, did not rush and answered all of our questions about the cleaning process. We hope he is still with Chem-Dry next year when we do our carpets again! Kelly F
I cant begin to express my happiness with the service that I received from Chem Dry Simcoe County. From the first contact with Natasha to set up appointment to the wonderful Technician Esmaeel that did my home carpet cleaning. Chem Dry was able to remove a stain that others have tried and failed. My carpets look renewed and feel so much better. Esmaeel explained everything in detail before he started and was very respectful of my home. I will be using them again for sure. Great Job Chem Dry and Esmaeel.
I read all the reviews first and then phoned. Everything happened as promised. Ishmael arrived on time and commenced cleaning after explaining the process. He measure the area we moved a piece of furniture together and he started.he is a young man with boundless energy and kept me enformed as he worked through the condo. My best service experience for quite some time.its a long time since I felt as good when a contractor left my home. Congraulations to Chem dry and ISHMAEL for making it happen as promised. John walsh
Kyle did an amazing job on my move out clean restoring heavily worn and damaged carpets. Great communication and stayed on quoted budget. 10/10 would recommend.
