We had an excellent technician, Sam. Carpets, area rug and bathroom floor tile look great. I'd give a 10 if it was an option.

I was surprised at how quick they were able to get out. Bill came and did the job while I was away and when I had gotten back everything was super clean like nothing ever happened! Highly recommend.
