I used Chem Dry yesterday and I cannot say enough about not only the job that was done on my carpet but the two gentlemen that did the job. They were friendly, professional and extremely polite. You cannot go wrong using this company.
Excellent service and thorough cleaning every single time! I have them come clean my carpet once a year and they make it look new every single time. They easily remove pet stains and smells. Their customer service and communication is awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had my carpet cleaned by several local companies, and I have to say that the outcome this time has really blown me away. This is builder grade carpet original to our home (circa 2004), and Russell brought it back to life. The carpet is so soft and the difference in smell in our home is astounding. He also cleaned a recliner that has been well-loved and had kids' funky hands from years of use and made it look nearly brand new. I'd highly recommend their services and will use them from now on!
Sherman & Ross were very professional & provided great service & communication while helping us remove water from our floors/carpet. Highly recommend!
