I am very disappointed. I had a guest's pet ruining my ground floor suite. Because I have never had pets, I didn't know what to do. I made the inquiry at Chem-Dry. They assured me they can get the smell removed, no problem. They also told me there is a guarantee so if the smell doesn't go away they will take care of them. Great, I thought. When your neighbors tell you that ChemDry did a great job, they mean ChemDry on the Plateau. Do not mix them up with the other ChemDry franchises in the area. They’ve cleaned my carpets numerous times. Hector always comes the day before to apply treatment on pet areas and it always works like a charm. My carpets are always pristine when he’s done.
Josue and Hector both came to our house to clean the carpet, perform carpet stretching and to clean some leather and upholstered furniture. Everything was top notch! Lots of attention to detail, to make sure they delivered a professional service. And they are both simply great guys too, would feel comfortable having them back on our home again anytime.
