One week and three days have passed since the carpet cleaning service, and I regret to say that the results are unsatisfactory. My home is a shoe-free zone, so I am certain that the dirt stains were not caused by me. The technician promised excellent service, but the $300 fee was not worth the outcome, as the carpet still appears stained due to the cleaning process spreading dirt rather than removing it. We contacted Chem-Dry to clean our church hall floor. Amy scheduled us right away and gave a reasonable quote for the cleaning. Joshua came one day to measure the floor and let us know that he could clean and seal the floor. The next week he showed up with all his equipment and completed the job in one day. The floor tiles are old, but they were cleaned well and sealed. We are satisfied with the results and service.
Jacob the Technician came by did a great job works pretty efficiently, carpet looks great!!!
