Chem-Dry is an excellent value. Fast professional service and our awesome technician Aaron just blew our minds. His attention to details and friendly personality was just an added bonus. Can't say enough about how impressed we were with Aaron which I imagine is the culture at Chem-Dry based on our experience and in looking at other reviews. The first time through this process with Joshua was not good. He courteous and professional for the most part. When I realized that I was not going to be satisfied with the job he was doing, I called the office to let them know. While on the phone he raised his voice to me in my own home and told me that I needed to talk to him. He repeated the job but did not use the suction equipment the second time, left stripes of dirt in my carpet from the rotating machine, and very wet carpet that took all night to dry. This is the second time we have used chem-dry and both times worked with Bryan, we could not be more impressed and pleased at the level of professionalism and overall service we always receive! Our rugs feel and smell great and the only reason for giving them 5 stars is because giving 6 stars is not an option! Cannot recommend enough!!
I highly recommend Chem-dry for carpet and furniture cleaning! They recently cleaned a RV for us at Angels in Goliad RV Park, and they (and their technician Aaron from this recent job) did an exceptional job.
