I originally left two stars because though communication and turn around time were good, they made some assumptions about if our new place had been vacuumed well - basically they rushed the job and cut a corner the first time and it showed. I updated them to 4 stars after they followed up and did a good job the second time. I would just recommend folks make sure it's clear what their process is and expectations. We are a Roofing Contractor here in Durango and we were hired by Chem-dry to take care of one their customers roof that needed to be redone. Chem-dry had great communication with myself and my team and we were able to take care of the roof while Chem-dry worked on the inside to eliminate of all of the water damage inside.
Amazing crew to work with!! Came in, removed all evidence of rodents, and restored the attic quickly and professionally!!!
