In preparation for our move, I recently had Chem Dry clean two of my area rugs. I was very happy with their work however when one of the rugs was drying it had some waviness present and it wasn't laying flat. I contact Chem Dry and they sent a technician over to look at it. They brought it into their shop and rectified the problem. They made it a priority to get the rug fixed and returned to us quickly so it didn't interfere with our upcoming move. I had upholstered dining chairs cleaned. The technician was able to come ahead of schedule, was very personable and efficient. My chairs look like new. Will definitely have them do other cleaning projects in my home
I have used their service before and was pleased the first time. This time was even better than the first. Nikki worked me in for an earlier slot than expected and was so sweet. Kristian was the technician who cleaned my carpets and he was awesome. These are genuinely good spirited individuals. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services. BTW, they are also very reasonably priced.
Can't say enough about the quality of the work they did in my home. My carpets are so nice and clean so that buyers will want to purchase my home. The process was done quickly and with precision. Thanks Chem-Dry!!
