Professional, responsive, and very easy to work with! I used Chem-Dry of Summerville to clean a chair in my daughter's nursery. During the cleaning process the tech accidentally got some cleaner on the rug -- creating a stain. When I contacted them to let them know we had an issue, they sent a technician out the same day to try and troubleshoot the problem.
