Poor quality job with an attitude We've had exactly the same PROBLEM with the service as another reviewer, Hw, says. His guarantee comes with an attitude and makes you feel so sorry to have his service in the first place. It's amazing to see an awful service like this still in business. Sue his own customers because he did a sh1tty job? Watch out, he might be a lunatic (and one that gives a positive review on this guy).
the best of the best I had my carpets and furniture cleaned this week and what a great job!!!! The techs were nice and polite and knowledgable. Keep up the great work!!!
Consumers Beware !! On November 21, 2009 Chem-Dry of Silicon Valley came out to my home that is located in the city of Saratoga to clean my carpets that was located in my guest cottage. It took the guy approximately 8 to 10 minutes to clean an area of approximately 800 square feet. He blew in and out so fast that when I questioned several spots on the carpet, he said that the carpets are still wet and when it dries the spots won't be there.
