We were wanting our basement carpets cleaned after moving into our condo. We used Chem-Dry once before at our previous home. The scheduling was convenient for our needs and Dawson arrived on time and did a really good job. Although the carpet took a bit longer to dry than expected, by the next morning we could vacuum and it looked great with no residue and no perfumed smell just clean with a neutral smell. We are very pleased with the result and would use them again and recommend Chem-Dry to others.
We've used Chem Dry for several years for carpet and upholstery cleaning. We've always been pleased with their service, including for pet stain removal.
Heard about dry-clean for carpet on tictok and saw Saskatoon had a company that did this. I am beyond impressed. I run a home-based client-facing business, so a clean space is important to me and carpets are hard to keep up on. After they were dry (only 3 hrs later) I gave them a vacuum like I always did with steam-clean, except for the first time ever nothing came up. Nothing. Amazing. I will never steam-clean again. The tech was friendly and professional, the outcome from the service is better than I thought possible!
