My whole experience with Chem Dry was amazing. I reached out for a last minute carpet clean and the team was incredibly responsive, very helpful and managed to fit me in on my short time frame. When Dawson arrived, he was on time, super friendly and very knowledgeable. His customer service skills and pride he has in his work was amazing. The final invoice was less than originally quoted as I had estimated square footage too high. Appreciated the honesty and dropping the quote upon taking measurements.
