Called to investigate the type of cleaning and to request estimate. Spoke with Sam. Agreed to send technician out, offer quote and will be ready to do job if desired. Brandon came out the next day, assessed the areas that were requested to be cleaned. Gave extremely fair pricing with 3 options. We took the one that we needed the most plus added an upholstered chair. He took time to thoroughly exlpain the process and exactly what would be expected from him.
