Boyd and his team have gone beyond our expectations with the excellent service they provide around the general carpet cleaning, within our facility. Overall, they are responsible for cleaning over 200,000 sqft of carpet and have far surpassed prior service providers we have used.
Boyd and Gary did a great job cleaning up all the dog-related stains on our wool carpeting. They made sure to stay and do a great job. My wife & I were very comfortable having them in our home. Awesome.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Moved out of a house and had an appointment to have whole house carpet cleaned. No one ever showed up. Called 2 times and left a message. Went to the office and it had a big sign saying "Taking Applications". Doors locked and no one around. It would have been fine if I had gotten a call, but I got nothing. Will not recommend or use again.
They, there was two, very polite and helpful. Cleaned up everything Will use them again
