Steve and Jose cleaned out carpets yesterday. They did a really thorough job, and they were very pleasant. Obviously, they like working for Chem Dry, because they represented the company very well. I personally have a problem with employees who whine about their employers, but this was definitely not the case here as both of this young men displayed a good work ethic and positive attitudes. The Chem Dry representative Joshua thoroughly explained our options to us. He did a fine job on our carpet and sofa. He suggested we send out another carpet so they could insure any puppy stains were removed. We appreciated his recommendation and went with it.
