We had some cat pee on our carpet. Had chem dry come out. I was skeptical because i've tried everything to get the smell out. The smell is completely gone after they came out. 10/10 would recommend. They took their time and used a blacklight and everything. Very professional.
Very, very satisfied with results. They even adjusted to a slight time change that we had to make. Staff is friendly, courteous and I have used this company several times. They always satisfy. Special prompts to the young man who ca Me out and cleaned as he worked hard to get stains out and did a wonderful job.
Austin has great communication and customer service. Our carpets look great. We will CheDry again.
Kind, professional, and very very good at what they do. They are part of our regular house maintenance! We would happily recommend them!!
