Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning the pet stains off of my carpet. The tech was super friendly and professional.
Jack from Chem-Dry in Elkhart (Michiana) did an excellent job! My carpet looks like new! He also mitigated the overwhelming fragrance smell that had been left in the carpet when my husband misguidedly applied (manually) an entire 64 oz bottle of carpet cleaner full strength and undiluted a few days before. The fumes were awful. We then rented a carpet cleaner from Lowes trying to rinse out the smell ourselves. Very time consuming and in the end not successful.
