Easy to set up an appointment. Courteous and professional employees. The cleaning was quick and the carpets look new and smell fresh. We've been using Chem-Dry for 12 years now. We're very satisfied with their work.
I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Madison! Booking the appointment with Josh was so easy & he kept me updated as to when the tech would arrive to my home. Tyler was on-time, professional & listened to my concerns. We entertain a lot, have kids & pets. Our carpet was filthy. I thought it would have taken Tyler hours to clean. He was here less than 45 minutes & my carpet looks brand new!
