Both companies had good ratings so we went with Chem-Dry of Fort Wayne. I’m so glad we did! Scheduling was super easy. Brad showed up on time and was very professional. He answered all of my questions while he was here and did a thorough job cleaning. The sectional is drying now but looks great. Thank you!
On time...even called to give me an ETA. Stains are much improved on this 15+ yo cream colored carpet and looks so fresh and clean. Very pleasant, customer service-oriented owner-operator. Will have them back!

Great and friendly service! They came out on short notice on Christmas Eve when we moved into our new home. They got the entire house done quickly so that by the time the movers were ready to unload furniture, the carpets were nearly dry!
