I’m happy with the work. I have always had my carpet steam cleaned before today. The carpet is a little bit damper than with steam cleaning. I expect it’s because this method extracts dirt deeper into the carpet. There were no chemicals used which for a pet owner makes me feel safe.
A nice guy but confused. He showed up 3 hours early which interferred with my other plans. He seemed to do a good job but left me with a wet carpet.
I inherited a chair from my neighbor that has seen better days. I called Chem Dry and they did such a great job on cleaning the chair, it looks wonderful!
