They were on time, very professional and thorough. We were very satisfied with the results.
Came on time, in fact a bit early. Showed what rooms we wanted cleaned, some heavy stained spots and they got right to work. Put down drop cloth in our foyer finished by throughly making sure areas were cleaned and explained what they did. Thanks Chem-Dry, good job!

Chem-Dry just cleaned my carpet and I am in disbelief at how clean they got it. My senior dogs and foster puppies have been doing a number (two numbers actually) on it for years. It was in awful shape, but it looks better now than I ever imagined it could look again. And my dogs were able to walk on it immediately after they left with no risk of harm from chemicals.
Very friendly and professional. Great service all 3 times they've cleaned our carpets!
