Great carpets! – I found a DealSaver offering carpet cleaning at Chem Dry of Cary. I am so glad I gave them a try! I got great service from Michael when I had inadvertantly let the coupon expire. They sent two guys out quickly and did exactly what I asked. The carpets look great! I was impressed with the process they use. The carpets were completely dry in a couple hours. Wow! We are sold on Chem Dry. No more Rug Doctor for us! Thank you Chem Dry of Cary!
Oustanding same day serivce – Outstanding service and on the same day! We had substantial carpet water damage, broken washer hose in the basement, stains on carpet and a mildew smell. I thought no way it would never go away. Insurance company said call Chem Dry of Cary maybe they can get it done. Very professional service and they attended to all the details, even moving a *heavy* furniture item to get everything clean. Completely removed the stains and the smell is gone! I'll use Chem Dry of Cary again without hesitation.
Left a white residue and stains came back – I used Chem Dry one time and will not use again. My carpets were left with a white chemical/powdery residue.Several stains on my stairs came back and when I called to inquire about this, the owner was very argumentative and would not come back out to redo them.

We strive to provide complete customer satisfaction. In this particular case the customer waited a month before calling us to complain about reoccurring stains but no mention of a white powdery residue, (we use a clear water based CO2 cleaner). She explained that her sons used the back stairs mainly, coming from the pool and now those same stains came back. Excellent results! – We contacted Chem-Dry of Cary last week to have a a couple of rooms cleaned. They were able to come out the same day. We had 2 bedrooms, a large hallway and staircase done. The crew - a male and female were pleasant, professional and hardworking. The job was completed in less than an hour. The carpets (cream colored frieze) look amazing! What a great job! No mess...no soggy carpets! We'll definitely use them in the future.

Not Happy at All – Chem Dri left a white residue that will not come out easy. My carpets looked so bad a few days after that I also called Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning, Thanks for the recomendation, they did a great job. Thats my 2 cents worth .. Mike
SATISFIED – Give Them A Call
Clean Carpets! Chem-Dry of Cary has cleaned my carpets several times over the years. The technicians are always very professional and leave me with beautiful carpets. If there are spots that won't come out they always fill me in on what they've done to try to remove them. I've tried other types of carpet cleaning but have always had the best results with Chem-Dry of Cary
