Great Service and very professional. Have had commercial carpet cleaning done by Chem-dry and the outcome has been fantastic! We have tried several different carpet cleaning companies and Chem-dry by far beats the competition. They have revived our older carpet that no other service has been able to do. Highly recommend Chem-dry!
Sure appreciate the excellent work of the young man from Chem Dry. We just closed on our home and within a couple of hours he was there even though it was late in the afternoon. The carpets look great!

A huge "THANK YOU!" to Jennifer at Chem-Dry! I called to arrange for carpet cleaning for a friend's apartment before she returned home from nearly a month of hospitalization. This was a very unique situation. Jennifer was so compassionate and generous! My friend's carpet cleaning became a "gift" from Chem-Dry Bloomington as part of their desire to do something each month for a worthy recipient! Wow! Saying "thank you" seems totally inadequate. Very impressed. My carpets look and feel brand new.
Chem-Dry of Bloomington did an amazing job at my house. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. My carpet looks brand new. The staff was polite, on-time, and knowledgeable. I even had a sleeping two year old that never woke up while they were there.
I had a great experience today with Chem-Dry! My old carpet is fluffy and soft and it smells great too. Bryan and Jenn were so nice and knowledgeable plus they took the proper time to do everything thoroughly. I will definitely be using them from now on!
Thanks Chem-dry. My carpets look brand new. Pet stains that steam cleaning could not get out are gone.
