Totally Awesome. Not only was Sergio very Professional, the Quality of his work was totally awesome. I waited a few months to post this review. I intentionally waited to see if some of the old spots/stains would resurface as they sometimes do. I'm happy to say that those spots never came back. Although it took a little more than the estimated time for the work, this 13yr-old carpet had never seen a professional cleaner.
