I have been having my carpets cleaned by Mark Dapello for almost 20 years. I have five pets and every six months Mark makes my carpets look like new. I had a plumbing overflow one time and Mark took care of that sanitizing the floors and he even cleaned the grout in my bathroom. Do yourself a favor and call Mark. He does a better job than ANY company out there.
