I had a very disappointing experience at Chelsi Nails in Wendell. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, and despite the salon being relatively empty with no wait, the service felt rushed from the start. The nail technician repeatedly pressured me to quickly choose a color, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. The pedicure itself was especially poor.
