Chelsey Lossen Is a professional in every sense of the word. Her consistent care is one of the reasons I continue to go back. I could pick whatever primary care Physician I want and I would choose her every time. The care I receive earns her 5 stars. Her degree of professionalism and bedside manner makes her the perfect combination of great care. She is very knowledgeable in all areas and not afraid to refer me out when she feels the need. I am more than happy.
It appears the staffing in this office is not properly trained with customer service skills. The front desk staff does not possess friendly demeanor. Dr. Losses has no bed side manner. Her confrontational speech makes it hard to asks questions or express your concerns.
I had a terrible experience…apparently when you disagree with her you are fired and she no longer wants to see you…I tried to explain to her I already tried what she suggested and I wanted to try other options first and maybe revisit it again after we tried the other options first…I am allowed to makes decisions when it comes to my body and my money…and apparently when you tell her you did a little research prior to the visit you are automatically consider a “self diagnosis patient and many doctors don’t like that” at least ... read more
Chelsey lossen goes over your medical conditions, prescribes prescriptions as needed , takes time and answers questions and concerns you have, front desk staff are friendly, they have a walk in if needed no appointment
