Background: I am a 55 year old Male, cancer survivor with a heart murmur, planters fasciitis, bad knees, diverticulitis and other issues. I work for the post office and am being forced to work 12 hours a day. I saw ms forry hoping to get a medical release to only work 8 hours a day. She did not listen to me about my concerns for my child’s health. She cut me off like she was in a rush. Even though she takes 35-40 mins to come in to see him. My son does not do well at this doctors office and it’s pretty self explained when we are there for 1.5 hours.. if I could give her 0 stars I would. I do not recommend.
