Professionals, friendly, welcoming & informative. Had my boat serviced at Chelsea Yamaha and they did an amazing job of it. The boat has never run so good. Will always take my boat here for service and advice. These guys actually prevented me from spending unnecessary money. They quoted the service price plus the possibility of extras if they find any with a ball park figure of the particular costs. Was recommended to try Chelsea Yamaha for a part that I couldn’t get hold of anywhere. Flicked an email to Meg and she was right onto it. Couple of emails later with details etc and deal was done. I thought the speed and service was awesome and certainly a lot better than some previous parts suppliers so they will be my first option when needing future parts for my outboard.
