Again I requested mantanince to repair my ceiling that they damaged for months and they never showed up. Also I requested pest control to exterminate my unit and they pest control guy said the condo association didn't give them any units to exterminate this is the worst condo association I ever witness. I wish I could absolutely give 0 stars !! Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this property. They scam you in any possible way. They raise the condo fee twice a year Currently $538 which is suppose to cover all the property maintenance but guess what? they pull a special trick out of their pocket that they are calling a "special assessment" that forces every unit owner to pay an additional $1,000 to pay to fix an underground pipe that has been broken for 3yrs. Now we have an on going problem with the heat and plumbing this has been going on since November,,,,,,,,,,,,and I am sure that $ 30,0000 bill will be passed on to the residents DON'T BUY HERE THERE ARE BETTER PLACES people are getting out not staying,,,,,,,,look at the photo section as to what we are dealing with. It is horrible communication no good at all and maintenance needs more help. My heat has been off and now we have another pipe burst so I am still without heat.
