Chelsea Woods Condominium Review — Ongoing Concerns Unfortunately, Chelsea Woods Condominium has not improved since my last review. The same problems continue, and residents are becoming increasingly frustrated. TERRIBLE property management company. I've only been renting here for 6 months and I'd never recommend anyone to buy nor rent here. The water/electricity/heat/AC or SOMETHING is always out. the property management company told us this past winter they weren't spending more money to clean the parking lot because the snow was going to melt in a couple weeks. HA! My gf's car was illegally towed for NO reason. The pass was visibly displayed and she was parked in a correct spot. We had to pay to get it out the impound with no rei... read more
If you have to please find another place the management here is of no use🤬🤬🤬🤬 but they go up on condo fees . I HAVE A LEAK from the upstairs units and it's been 2 1/2 plus weeks before they will fix it , so im taken on water,I have placed 10 emergency phones and nothing , maintenance is not qualified to fix major issues (no license) like PLUMBING, current owners have to make up for the people who don't pay condo fees SHOPPERS BEWARE you would benefit going esle where crime here is high management does not care to much tu... read more
