If you have to please find another place the management here is of no use🤬🤬🤬🤬 but they go up on condo fees . I HAVE A LEAK from the upstairs units and it's been 2 1/2 plus weeks before they will fix it , so im taken on water,I have placed 10 emergency phones and nothing , maintenance is not qualified to fix major issues (no license) like PLUMBING, current owners have to make up for the people who don't pay condo fees SHOPPERS BEWARE you would benefit going esle where crime here is high management does not care to much tu... read more

Again I requested mantanince to repair my ceiling that they damaged for months and they never showed up. Also I requested pest control to exterminate my unit and they pest control guy said the condo association didn't give them any units to exterminate this is the worst condo association I ever witness. I wish I could absolutely give 0 stars !! Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this property. They scam you in any possible way. They raise the condo fee twice a year Currently $538 which is suppose to cover all the property maintenance but guess what? they pull a special trick out of their pocket that they are calling a "special assessment" that forces every unit owner to pay an additional $1,000 to pay to fix an underground pipe that has been broken for 3yrs.
