TERRIBLE property management company. I've only been renting here for 6 months and I'd never recommend anyone to buy nor rent here. The water/electricity/heat/AC or SOMETHING is always out. the property management company told us this past winter they weren't spending more money to clean the parking lot because the snow was going to melt in a couple weeks. If you have to please find another place the management here is of no use🤬🤬🤬🤬 but they go up on condo fees . I HAVE A LEAK from the upstairs units and it's been 2 1/2 plus weeks before they will fix it , so im taken on water,I have placed 10 emergency phones and nothing , maintenance is not qualified to fix major issues (no license) like PLUMBING, current owners have to make up for the people who don't pay condo fees SHOPPERS BEWARE you would benefit going esle where crime here is high management does not care to much tu... read more

Wow! Was looking to purchase a condo here. I'm glad I read reviews! Unacceptable behavior from company. Will be looking somewhere else
Again I requested mantanince to repair my ceiling that they damaged for months and they never showed up. Also I requested pest control to exterminate my unit and they pest control guy said the condo association didn't give them any units to exterminate this is the worst condo association I ever witness.
