They stole the $500 deposit from me, claiming it was because I cancelled 7 days before move in. I cancelled because my partner didn't get hired for the job we were relocating to ABQ for, which would've been the main source of income and therefore they wouldn't be able to approve us for the apartment anyway. No approval should mean we get the deposit back by their own legal standards, but they decided to find any reason to steal our deposit anyway.
