I lived there for a year a while back. And tbh, I wish I could afford to move back in! Vickie is awesome and understanding, and maintenance is quick and easy. The maintenance man stopped and actually helped me with my 5 min fixes. And the one major fix I needed, he stayed and helped the entire time. The neighborhood is on the quiet side with the occasional kids playing here and there. Children are never disruptive. The pets that I have seen are also barely noticed, quiet, and cleaned up after. I haven't gotten a reply to my email will change the review once my email is replied to. Sorry for the passive aggressiveness but I'm about to loose my cat tomorrow thsnks to the new manager and i want to move out as soon as the contract i signed with the old manager is up
