I've been a resident at the Vanguard Chelsea for four years. I grew up in NYC and this building is by far my favorite building I've ever lived in. This building is really well maintained, always spotless, beautiful lobby and great amenities, as well as, great friendly supporting staff always there to be of service. We absolutely love the building. The staff are warm, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. You can feel that throughout the building — from how well-maintained everything is to the thoughtful attention to detail in the common areas. Our apartment is beautiful, with great views and high-quality finishes that really make it feel like home. We have lived here for 2.5 years, and Vanguard has set a new benchmark for what luxury buildings are like. Incredible staff, maintenance, and amenities - highly recommend!
Just moved into the building and so far I’m loving it. The unit is amazing and the bathroom/kitchen renovations look great. Additionally, my studio layout is quite spacious and well thought out. The only downside is that it faces 6th ave which is noisy. Also, great location and helpful staff. Zeke/anthony fixed up small issues like doorbell and broken door hinge immediately. Initially my unit’s fridge was different from the ones I saw and expected. Happy that management was able to swap it out for a similar style to what I w... read more
