Friendly staff, prime location, very well maintained
Just moved into the building and so it is very nice. The unit is amazing and the bathroom/kitchen renovations look great. Additionally, my studio layout is quite spacious and well thought out. Also, great location and helpful staff. Zeke/anthony fixed up small issues like doorbell and broken door hinge immediately. The only downside is that my unit faces 6th ave which is noisy. I have tried a couple of things to minimize it but unfortunately nothing has worked. I can only hope I get used to the noise but currently it is quit... read more
I moved in recently and have had an amazing experience. Marissa was great in helping me find the apartment and all the staff (especially Zeke on the maintenance team) have been incredible. Proud to be a new resident here :)
I've been a resident at the Vanguard Chelsea for four years. I grew up in NYC and this building is by far my favorite building I've ever lived in. This building is really well maintained, always spotless, beautiful lobby and great amenities, as well as, great friendly supporting staff always there to be of service. We absolutely love the building. The staff are warm, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. You can feel that throughout the building — from how well-maintained everything is to the thoughtful attention to detail in the common areas. Our apartment is beautiful, with great views and high-quality finishes that really make it feel like home.
