I toured Vanguard Chelsea and had one of the best experiences working with Marissa. The apartment I liked already had an application on it, but then she called several days later to let me know it had become available. I was very impressed at her follow through and her helpfulness.
Friendly staff, prime location, very well maintained
Just moved into the building and so it is very nice. The unit is amazing and the bathroom/kitchen renovations look great. Additionally, my studio layout is quite spacious and well thought out. Also, great location and helpful staff. Zeke/anthony fixed up small issues like doorbell and broken door hinge immediately. The only downside is that my unit faces 6th ave which is noisy. I have tried a couple of things to minimize it but unfortunately nothing has worked. I can only hope I get used to the noise but currently it is quit... read more
I moved in recently and have had an amazing experience. Marissa was great in helping me find the apartment and all the staff (especially Zeke on the maintenance team) have been incredible. Proud to be a new resident here :)
