The doctor was respectful but the security guy and girl giving you the paper to fill out had such a bad attitude. The security guy wouldn’t answer my basic question and just stared at me. The intake girl was so passive aggressive and rude for no reason. I’d literally go anywhere else for testing if you have insurance and want to be treated with human decency.

The American healthcare system is a joke, and this government-run office is the bottom of the barrel. I have never dealt with such a low-level, disrespectful staff in my life. They treat human beings like an annoyance. The rudeness is staggering, especially the bald woman working the front who stays on her phone with a friend while "assisting" patients. I came here at 12 noon and they'd reached capacity already, but they close at 4pm. So how are you serving the community if you stop services 4 hours early? You're not. This is such a disservice to individuals in need. Wasted train fare traveling here. Acquire more funding so you can do the necessary work. Very distasteful.
