My number was called and you go into another room to talk with an agent who will register you. They sent me an SMS with a link to register. That never worked. I mentioned to the man in the office, and he said, "give it some time." It's been over 1 week, and I have not been able to log in. Now it's Saturday and the clinic is closed until Monday morning. The quickie lab clinic is open until 7 pm on Tuesdays (but the website says they close earlier if they reach capacity before then). The process was efficient and everyone I met with was curteous, discrete, and provided simple and important information about prevention and testing. Marcía who I believe was the administrator in charge was excellent. She ran a tight ship and made sure the environment was professional and efficient from first entry to final exit. She was also empathetic with patients.

Highly recommend. Really friendly staff. Everyone was kind and very helpful. My results were pretty much instant and the treatment was totally free. Feels like what healthcare should be in America.

The NYC quickie clinics are perhaps the best of government which lately has felt like a desert. This oasis lets you test for HIV, syphilus, chlamydia, and gonnorhea with testing done on site and first results back within 24 hours (sometimes same day). Testing does not require an appointment, insurance, or payment (though all of the above are welcomed). Fast, friendly, efficient, and a true service to this City of dreams to keep us happy, healthy, and horny. All of government could learn a lot about what this little place get... read more
