I've never seen a ruder superintendent. Completely muddled up our move in information ; threatened to throw our furniture out on the street while we were moving in. Told us he could speak to us however he wanted to because we weren't residents yet during the move in. Yells immediately, curses, disgusting behavior... I've never had a single bad experience with doormen or superintendents before, but now I believe the horror stories I've heard.
I lived in the building for 5 years, and the difference after Ardian became the super was night and day. He truly transformed the place—keeping it consistently clean beyond just the surface and always responding quickly and helpfully to any maintenance requests. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the building feel safer, better maintained, and overall more enjoyable to live in. Honestly, I wouldn’t have stayed as long as I did if it weren’t for him.
I had a great experience living in this building! Everything was well-maintained, quiet, and felt very safe. What really made my time here stand out was the building’s super Ardian— he was absolutely amazing. Always friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any issues, big or small. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and professional, and his presence truly made the building feel like home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable living environment.
Just spent 3 years in this building. Great location if you need to be close to Penn Station and the rooftop is nice and convenient. BUT... 1. It's extremely noisy. Being at the exit of the tunnel and in front of Hudson Yards construction is painful. The noise starts very early in the night and never stops. 2. Poor temperature management system. There is very little insulation so it gets hot very quickly and the A/C is very noisy and rather powerless.
