Dr. Loren is absolutely the best. She was a referral from our pediatrician and my 2 young children could not be in better hands under her care. She is kind, patient, explains things very well both to the children and the parents, and is extremely helpful in providing advice or answering any questions I have about their teeth. We have been bringing our two boys here for about 9 years and love this practice. Dr Loren and Dr Natasha are amazing - great at putting the kids at ease, and great at explaining to parents. We had particular challenges for a while with my younger son who suddenly convinced himself he was terrified of anything medical yet needed some dental treatment. Dr. Loren Buonocore is an exceptional pediatric dentist! From the moment we walked into the office, everyone was warm, welcoming, and great with kids. Both my kids walked out in tears from this place. Dr Lauren has literally told the assistant while she brutally cleaned my kids teeth "hurry up, you need to just get through this, 4 kids in 20 minutes". My other daughter had a busted lip afterwards, they did not bother to use ointment. This is a ridiculous assembly line for profit that has scared both my kids of dentistry. Hope it helps the other moms by reading this.
My son is autistic, and dental appointments can sometimes be challenging, but the entire staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding of his needs. They took their time, explained everything, and never made us feel rushed. Their kindness and compassion made a huge difference, and my son had a positive experience because of it. We are so grateful for the care they provided and highly recommend this office to families with children who have special needs.
