This business deserves a -5 star rating and I will NEVER EVER refer anyone, not even my enemies. (I only rated one star because I had to in order to leave this comment) A friend of mine who is wheelchair bound went to Chelsea Nails yesterday for a manicure (it was her birthday) and she was denied service because she was in a wheelchair. I have visited this place a couple of times but I will not be returning.
