Zero stars. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time and gas to look at a truck that wasn't there and was advertised online at a price that was "wrong"
I purchased a vehicle, November of 2019, from Chelsea Motors, which is located in Chelsea, Michigan. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle was in excellent condition. it was supposed to have had new tires and was said to havehad just been to the shop to ensure there were to be no issues. I also purchased a warranty from the dealer for two years at the additional cost of $2,000, which cannot be used because it's not the manufactures fault, the vehicle had been destroyed intentionally, and I'm left holding ... read more
