Moved to Chelsea a year ago. Needed a little extra storage space. Dawn came through quickly with a space. It was clean. Never had an issue with access, mold, mildew or bugs like I’ve heard with outdoor units. Perfect little spot with reasonable pricing. Dawn is extremely responsive and she’s currently making some upgrades. I’d recommend Chelsea Mini Storage to anyone looking for a spot, short or long term.

I stored my items here for nearly a year. Nothing was damaged, or moldy. Nor, did I run into any issues with bug or rodents. They were very attentive over the phone as well as in person. Access is easy and simple. I would definitely use them again if I needed storage. I have recommended this facility and believe they are reasonably priced.

I have used them off and on for a few years now. Usually a last minute situation. They are easy to get ahold of and to work with. Dawn is always friendly and willing to help! I have had nothing but good experiences using Chelsea’s mini storage!

I rented a storage unit at Chelsea Mini Storage for over 4 years. Dawn(owner/manager) is very responsive to texts and calls. I never had the first problem. No leaks, ever- -well drained property. Security cameras, fences, and lighting are nice. Unit was clean. The place is very safe & secure, and the coded entry gate ALWAYS works!! I had a 10x20 unit, and I'm only leaving because of not being in that area anymore. You won't find a better place for a better price. I highly recommend Chelsea Mini Storage!

Our company used this storage facility to store our large bucket trucks during down time for the crews. We have used them several times and Ms. Dawn is an amazing manager! 10 out of 10 would recommend you check them out!!!
