I had a prom hair appointment scheduled with Kristen for 3pm and i arrive at 2:55 to be told rudely to sit and wait for twenty minutes while she finishes another client. I was not seen until an hour later and was only apologized to once. She also had a 4pm appointment with a girl who was going to the same prom as me, who she didnt see until 45 minutes after her scheduled time. This business keeps denying my request for an appointment as a new client on Vagaro, without any explanations. Tried calling the business a few times on different days, but their phone keeps ringing and reaching the VM. Not sure where the cold shoulder comes from. I would stay away from this business.
