Terrible management and overpriced apartment. They claim to work with you but never keep their word. They harass you about the rent even if you decide to pay the rent in increments and accept the late fee. If you don’t pay your rent in full by the fifth they’ll take you to court and will try to evict you. They are money hungry and will not work with you under any circumstance.
Excellent staff especially Hope Fishman, very responsive and helpful with questions. Great security for the building, plenty of parking, and great access to shopping. SEPTA train station is right across the street. Very diverse and friendly residents.
