I've been going to Chelsea for three years now! This review has been a long time coming 😅 I feel taken care of every time I go to her. My hair is really hard to lift properly and she worked with me to set realistic expectations for how that would look at different stages. Good at communicating, creating a nice relaxing space, and clearly understands her craft.
