Carmen ortega is one of the most disrespectful employees I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. She imposes housing policies on people that she would never in her life follow. She is ignorant, rude, and never willing to help. Her attitude is not of someone who should be dealing with low income families.

Absolutely heartbreaking. Without any explanation or notice, I came home from work to find my once lush, green, vibrant yard completely stripped and left looking barren and ugly. This is a clear example of poor management. Our neighborhood is supposed to be green and beautiful, but under Carmen Ortega's leadership, it seems there's an agenda against plants and greenery. Shame on you, Carmen. I hope you impose the same drastic changes on your own home.
