Was not to bad. But at 500 a night. Would expect better
Stayed at hotel and staff members were kind.
Our room was very nice if not a little old but the beds were super comfortable and it was very clean. The check-in took forever since I needed to speak to someone but luckily there are self check-in/check-out stations all over the lobby! The concierge was very helpful and told us about many discounts on attractions due to our stay at the Chelsea. If you want to save a quite a few bucks, don't park at the hotel, there are several parking garages and lots nearby that are a fraction of the price!
