We stayed because our granddaughter was at Sickkids hospital. They were very helpful when we needed to extend our stay and they let us extend our parking pass on our last day to accommodate our visit with our granddaughter. And let me add they did with a small. It was still expensive though with the discount but every bit helped. Thank you Chelsea Toronto!!
I recently stayed at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto for one night during a business trip, and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making me feel right at home throughout my stay. This hotel is an absolute gem! The location is beyond perfect, everything is close by. It is exceptionally clean and the service is top-notch. I definitely won't stay anywhere else!
Good location. Friendly staff. Old facilities. Noisy a/c and poor sound isolation of street noise.
