Only interaction I’ve had with company is the childish like behavior of one of their drivers. Tried causing an accident and break checking people in the company van. They had installed my geothermal system some years ago. The house fan failed at the start of a recent heat wave. I called on Monday, guy said they're be out at end of day. On Tuesday, called again- same for Wednesday/thurday. Friday, gave up and called another compnay and got same day service. Chelsea never did show up or call.
