Exceptional experience. Scheduling was simple with prompt response time. Chris took his time to diagnose my geothermal unit, and he actually found 2 unrelated problems. The quote for repair was very reasonable. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!!
They did a great job installing my geothermal system, and until 2 years ago, were very responsive. Each year I would purchase an annual service contract, and until last year, they would call me to schedule. Their service people were reliable, prompt and knowledgeable. Last year, they never called to schedule service, so I called them myself to try to schedule my service. No one answered their phone, and no one returned any of my calls. $$$ down the drain. Very prompt and professional service on a geothermal heating/cooling system. Came out on the weekend the same day as I called. Excellent work and reasonable price. I would recommend this company based on this experience.
Only interaction I’ve had with company is the childish like behavior of one of their drivers. Tried causing an accident and break checking people in the company van. This is a representation of the company and I would discourage everyone from working with them. This is the license plate of the Can. ZBX3510
They had installed my geothermal system some years ago. The house fan failed at the start of a recent heat wave. I called on Monday, guy said they're be out at end of day. On Tuesday, called again- same for Wednesday/thurday. Friday, gave up and called another compnay and got same day service. Chelsea never did show up or call.
