I have been going here for two years and the service just gets worse. The office staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I have a complete nervous breakdown every single time I have to speak with them. They cancel appointments with no notice and getting my prescriptions sent to the correct pharmacy on time has been a nightmare every single time without fail! I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this physician Dr. Grow. I have been seeing her for two years and every appointment that I’ve had scheduled they’ve either canceled it or rescheduled it. I have never seen such a horrible office as this they give you no reason when they cancel or schedule your appointment. I’ve been going to doctor Grow for a couple of years and I’ve had nothing but problems with my appointments. Every three months I’m supposed to get Botox for my horrendous migraines, but every three months on the date that I am supposed to get the injections they call me and change the appointment to a month later which is not helping my migraines. Sept 1 I made an appt to transfer to Dr Grow for Neurolgy care. She cancelled my 1st appt for Sept 21 and rescheduled me for 2 mos later. Nov 23. I felt uneasy waiting but went ahead thinking Surely she wouldn't put me at risk with such a lapse in care. I was wrong; her office just called me and cancelled again and thought I would reschedule again. If you need a neurologist that actually cares about your health, don't come here.
Dr. Grow is amazing! Twice now she has resolved issues for me that other doctors could not! I am incredibly thankful to have been referred to her! She has been an absolute blessing!
