Dr. Ciment is exceptional. He is highly skilled, communicates well, is very responsive, takes the time to make sure his patients have a full understanding of their diagnosis and clearly cares deeply about his patients’ recoveries. My son had an athletic injury that Dr. Ciment responded to with urgency to put him on the quickest possible path to recovery. I wish all doctor’s offices were like Dr. Ciment’s. Before I even scheduled my first appointment, Michael at the front desk already checked my insurance benefits and went over the office billing policy and let me know my potential costs. When I arrived for my visit, I was greeted warmly by name. Dr. Ciment saw me on time and didn’t rush me during my visit. THE BEST podiatry office I’ve been to in the city. The entire team was super sweet and helpful the second I walked in the door. Highly highly highly recommend if you value an office that cares about patient care and experience.
