I recently had a floor installed by Chelsea Flooring. I worked with Joe Castellano who defines the word "Professional". From the first meeting at the 19th street store to the final installation, I felt confident that the job would be done properly. After the installation, I noticed a small tear in the floor. I met Joe C in a situation completely outside of his business, but I feel compelled to share how genuine and kind he is. While I was on the subway, he noticed that a man was following me. Without hesitation, he came over, asked me where I was getting off, and stayed with me until I felt safe.
