Chelsea recently helped me sell my rental property that I had owned for fifteen years. While I was still working on the renovation, she came to the property, and provided key points that needed attention prior to listing. Chelsea was very patient waiting for us to finish the renovations, and worked very quickly to list the property as soon as I was ready.
