When I first moved here, the price was amazing—$800 a month, couldn’t beat it with a stick. But the price kept rising and was almost $1,200 by the time I left, after three renewals, with little to no improvements to the actual units. The new company basically put pearls on a swine-redid the lobby, but the inside units were still falling apart. The shower water pressure was abysmal.
