Enjoyed living here! I worked from home the entire time I lived here and had no issues. One of the very best perks about renting the lower ground level apartment is that you can control the temperature much easier. The apartment stayed cooler in the Summer and warmer in the Winter. The most I ever paid for electricity was $151. Typically the electric bill was less than $100 each month.
