Highly recommend for students and/or people looking to live downtown with a cheap rent and great management company. Never had issues that were mentioned by some of the other reviews. Management was super understanding when I was unable to pay rent on time due to being out of town and did not charge me a late fee for it. Rent increases for the year is very small and repairs/maintenance issues were resolved usually within 48 hours.
I lived at 80 Howe street for a year and my experience was very positive. Management was very efficient and responsive, all of my requests – either for a plumber service or for window blinds replacement – were quickly resolved (either same or next day). They answered my rental history request promptly after years since leasing with them.
I lived in 80 Howe for three years and I have no complaints as a tenant. Maintenance requests were responded to promptly, I felt the units were a good value for the price, and management was never further away than a quick email or knock on the office door. Moving out was seamless and I received my security deposit back just a couple of weeks later less a very small cleaning fee. Highly recommend if you want to live downtown on a budget!
