Never had any issues here. Very well maintained apt and building. Any issues were always dealt with promptly
Lived here for a year. Staff was very easy to communicate with and were very professional. Could reach them by phone or email within 24 hours. Maintenance was solved quickly and neighborhood was safe. Highly recommend them, one of the few genuinely caring landlords I've found.
Avoid at all costs. Chelsea Company epitomizes tenant exploitation and property neglect. This predatory company continues to hike rents and charge numerous questionable fees while allowing the building to deteriorate, neglecting to perform basic quality-of-life maintenance (this statement was misunderstood by Chelsea Company; see my reply below for details) to individual units or clean (clean thoroughly) shared spaces. The worst rental company in New Haven. If you are a student at Yale, do not rent with them, they have very bad service and their property manager is uncooperative and rude.Neil and Sarah the property managers are unprofessional and instantly argumentative.
