The association is so bad here. They steal money doing unnecessary construction now. They are so stupid started doing remodeling inside and stopped in the middle of process because started construction outside of the building. The real problems they never gonna fix such as Guest parking! That parking is only 4 spots which are always occupied with unauthorized vehicles and nobody gonna take care of this.
